| GIFT VOUCHERS are available for all treatments and
packages. We are happy to arrange a telephone payment via our Reception Manager
with free card and postage as required. TREATMENT TIMES include time spent changing and all timings are approximate. Please note that therapists work to a tight schedule and your help would be appreciated by arriving in good time for all treatments. We will always try to accommodate you should time allow but it if you are delayed, it may be necessary to deduct treatment time in order not to disappoint the next client who has arrived on time. We ask your understanding on this matter in order to provide excellent service to all. ALL TREATMENTS are subject to deposit at time of booking to confirm appointment. Please note that we are not able to confirm your appointment without deposit unless with prior arrangement with our Reception Manager. TREATMENT CONTRA-INDICATIONS Certain treatments are not suitable in some circumstances. If you have been ill or have received medical treatment from your Doctor or Hospital within the last six months, please consult with your own Doctor before booking selected treatment. Our Reception Manager will be happy to advise where necessary. We take a responsible approach to your wellbeing and may require approval by letter from your Doctor for certain medical conditions prior to treatments. Should you have a debility or unusual medical issue we advise you to check with our Reception Manager prior to booking.
